I just ordered a burger to pop-in and collect, but didn't realise my local branch was closed. Why did the site let me go through with an order to be ready as soon as possible if the branch is closed? Can I get my money back?
Same here - website says they are open - clearly they are not. Totally rubbish.

Thank you for your message. We do apologise for this inconvenience on such short notice. All customers who ordered on that day have received full refund. This may take up to 3 working days.
Before completion of the order at the point of checkout you would have been notified about the closure of your local store. However, we are working on this feature to make it easier and certainly more convenient for our fans to use.

Regarding order: ORD21750
I placed this on the 18th April for the Islingwood road branch £26. It didn’t turn up so I called, they told me that the branch was closed for renovations and to send an email to request a refund. I’ve rent two messages on your site but no reply and I still haven’t received me refund. Only just checked my online banking as working in South Sudan at the moment. Can someone refund me please? 26 quid is a bit much to wright off.
