I am so sorry to hear about this and please accept my apology on behalf of all of us here at SmoQues. Although this is no excuse i can assure you all our beef is cut and prepared in store so no harm will come from it being pink. This of course still shouldn’t have happened and we would like to make up for it. Please at your earliest convenience give us a call and explain the situation and a manager will speak with and do their best to rectify the mistakes made by us.
