I was wondering how you make sure your fries travels hot to your customers?

Great question! Firstly, we ensure our potato fries is the last item cooked in your order. All our food travels in a pre-heated delivery bag to ensure all that heat stays put until it gets to your door!
Due to the nature of this specific product, it is famously known that it does not travel very well. Average cooling time is 2-4min. Therefore, it is a huge challenge for us to delivery it piping hot to your door. As much as we do our absolute best to deliver it hot and mostly our customers are happy with our efforts, we also recommend that you pop your oven on few minutes before your delivery arrives and just heat them up again for 1-2 minutes. And they are perfect as ever. Due to the organic nature of our potato fries, once heated it is very crispy, fluffy inside and deliciously fresh to serve you ☺️
