Dissatisfied

Waited over 2 hours, when our two meals turned up finally both burgers were Luke warm and one portion of chips missing. Shame Really as the foods good but the missus won’t be ordering again

Hi there,

The order number was ORD116053. We placed the order at 7pm and I called the shop at 8.57pm to find out where it was as it still hadn’t arrived.
